Though Union Market initially said that Dolcezza was going to be one of its many stalls when it opens this weekend, the gelateria's owner Robb Duncan says otherwise. The Washingtonian learns that Dolcezza won't be in Union Market, but has locked down a new production facility nearby in which they plan to have gelato-making classes and "a bar where customers can taste the frozen treats as soon as they are ready."
