Inauguration Fleet is Ready; New Teriyaki Truck

REVIEWSDC Wrapped Dates visits the Lemongrass Truck and gives it three out of five stars. Of the lemongrass chicken banh mi, they say, "There's a lot to like about this representation: a nice crusty roll, solid pickled vegetables. What's curious is the lemongrass chicken, a little bland and thin. What ultimately makes it intriguing and enjoyable, a spicy mayo with hits of lime and hints of spice that bind the whole thing together." [DCWD]

POLITICSThis year, 19 food trucks will roam the city during inauguration, including the Fojol Bros. (who made their DC debut for last inauguration), Pepe, Surfside, Curbside Cupcakes and more. They're among about 100 vendors that will be there, total (most of the rest are selling merchandise). [WaPo]

NEW TRUCKSMr. Miyagi's Teriaki is the latest food truck to hit the streets. The truck serves both lunchtime and late night crowds, according to Food Truck Fiesta. Teriyaki bowls and wraps dominate the menu. [FTF]
