Three New Food Trucks Launch; What the Pho? Review

NEW TRUCKS— A truck called Smokin' on the Bayou has launched in Montgomery County, serving up Louisiana cuisine like gumbo and smoked sausages. Also new in the county: a Brown Bag truck (yes, it's the same company as the fast casual sandwich chain). Finally, Rocklands BBQ has launched a food truck (it's their first venture outside the brick and mortar restaurant world), Young and Hungry reports. TECHNOLOGY— Food Truck Fiesta has updated its app so that it uses radar to tell the user what food trucks are operating around them. [FTF]
