Le Diplomate Targeting Early Spring; New Juice Bar

14TH STREET— Stephen Starr's Le Diplomate restaurant is now shooting for an early spring 2013 opening, according to a rep for the Philly-based restaurateur. The bistro had been scheduled to debut in January.

ADAMS MORGAN— A new organic juice bar, Carrot and Kale, opened today in Adams Morgan, according to Washington City Paper. Right now there are a bunch of juices available, as well as some grab-and-go dishes like salads. [WCP]

DC— The List Are You On It's Nycci Nellis shares the news that Winter Restaurant Week will take place Feb. 4-11 this year. There's no list of participating restaurants up on Open Table yet, though. [Twitter]

ROCKVILLE— Wade Hoo Fatt, a veteran of Equinox, is the new chef at Quench in Rockville, according to Best Bites. He's also a partner in the restaurant. [Washingtonian]
