NORTHEAST DC Gina Chersevani thinks there's something special about New York City water. That's why she has a special filter to mimic the stuff, which she uses to produce sodas at Buffalo & Bergen at Union Market. She's also selling actual New York bagels there, too. [WCP]

DCRestaurant Week menus and participating restaurants have now been posted on a brand new website devoted to the event. Restaurants such as Elisir, Mintwood Place and Belga Cafe are along for the ride this year. [EaterWire]
