DGS Delicatessen is implementing some changes after it creeps up on one year in business, and it's good news for people who like breakfast foods.
The restaurant now offers breakfast all day, which includes such items as pastrami hash and a smoked salmon platter. There are some new entrees in the mix, including a Friday Night Chicken, where the chicken is prepared confit in schmaltz and served over pastrami-accented white beans; it's kind of like a cassoulet. Flounder schnitzel is another new addition.
Additionally, the restaurant has changed up its hours so that it's open all day, starting at 11:30 a.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. on weekends for brunch. The restaurant has added classic cocktails to its drink menu, too, including a sidecar and a Vesper.
