Looks like the RPM Italian team's D.C. plans are a bit less concrete than originally thought. Young & Hungry follows up on yesterday's radio interview with E!'s Giuliana Rancic; apparently a lease for the restaurant has not been signed, and it's sounding like they're targeting a different Massachusetts Ave. location (rather than the former Buddha Bar space as reported yesterday by the Tommy Show).
