SHAW— Customers will be able to get out of the new Mandalay in Shaw without spending more than $70. Though the reservations-required tasting menu remains an option, Young & Hungry reports chef Aung Myint will serve up some a la carte fare in the lounge as well, and nothing is priced more than $10.
