1) K Street: There's signage up for yet another outpost of healthy fast casual restaurant Protein Bar; this one's at 17th and K Streets NW. An early 2014 opening is projected. [PLYWOOD]
2) NoMa: Michael Neibauer spots a building permit for a location of Moe's Southwestern Grill at 1275 First St. NE. There will be seating for 82. [PLYWOOD]
3) Mount Vernon Triangle: Michael Landrum shared the news last month that he's back to opening a project at the City Vista development, but he hedged on the concept. A reader sends in a photo to the tipline, though, that shows signage for a Ray's Hellburger. [PLYWOOD]
4) Cleveland Park: Here's a Craigslist ad for an "exciting new French Bistrot" opening in Cleveland Park Nov. 1; they're now hiring. It's likely Bistrot Lepic, coming to the Le Zinc space. [POST-PLYWOOD]
