Six local bars have prepared special cocktails for Eater readers this week. First up, Vinoteca, where Horus Alvarez has created the Autumnus. The name is the Latin word for Autumn, and the drink is particularly seasonal, including such ingredients as Milagro reposado tequila, Averna Amaro, Peychaud's bitters, a pumpkin cordial, and Lagavulin 16, a smoky single malt scotch. Alvarez makes the cordial in house for the drink. To prepare it, all ingredients should be combined over ice and stirred until cold, then poured into a coupe glass (coated with a few drops of the Lagavulin), and garnished with a orange peel.

Eater readers can enjoy this drink all week for $12.
