For its Eater Cocktail, Jack Rose's Nick Lowe wasn't afraid to incorporate some bitter ingredients, including Fernet Branca, Amaro CioCiaro and Black Walnut bitters. The resulting cocktail, named the Clockwork Orange, is still well-balanced, with hints of orange and a fall-inspired feel. Here's the breakdown:

1.5 oz. orange-infused Bulleit Rye
.75 oz Dolin Rouge
.5 oz. Amaro CioCiaro
.25 oz. Fernet
.25 oz. Maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Black Walnut bitters

Lowe builds the cocktail in a mixing glass, adding all ingredients and filling with ice. He then stirs it and strains it into an iced rocks glass, and garnishes the drink with an orange peel-wrapped cinnamon stick. The cocktail is available all week at Jack Rose for $13.
