1) Penn Quarter: Penn Quarter Living shares the news that Bo-Dogs had its grand opening at noon today. The restaurant will be giving out free food on opening day, and in general serves kosher hot dogs, knishes and corn on the cob. Status: Opening today. 614 E St NW; no website yet.

2) Germantown:
That addictive late night Korean staple Honey Pig has opened its latest location (thanks to a reader who sent word on the tipline). This restaurant is open 24 hours in the Fox Chapel Shopping Center.
