Forget inhaling burgers or tater tots. How Pho can you go?

Sprig & Sprout is planning to introduce a Pho Challenge at the Glover Park restaurant later this month. Customers will be challenged with finishing an entire giant bowl of Pho. It will consist of two pounds of noodles, 2 pounds of meat (brisket and flank), three quarts of broth, 1/4 pounds of cilantro onion mix, and a 1/2 pound of bean sprouts. Order it? It's $35. Finish it? It's free, and the customer gets his or her name and photo on a plaque on the wall. There are other parameters: 60 minute time limit, all the broth must be gone, no bathroom breaks, no hurling.

Owner Jennifer Hoang is working with nearby Guy Mason Pottery to create a giant bowl to hold all that soup. Once that's finished (it will probably take two or three weeks), the challenge will begin. Any Eater Readers think they can house it?
