Next Monday, we'll present the Eater Awards 2013, a celebration of all that's made America's restaurant world run—and run wild—in the past twelve months. Winners will be selected on both the local and national levels in six major categories, the voting for which has begun.
Here's how it works. Eater editors have named nominees for Restaurant of the Year, Chef of the Year, So Hot Right Now, Stone-Cold Stunner and Bartender of the Year. Eater readers will vote, narrowing the nominees to three finalists. From those three finalists, the Eater editorial team will select a winner. This year, Eater will announce a Pastry Chef of the Year as well. Ready to play your part? Polls have now closed for Restaurant of the Year and are now open now for Chef of the Year and will close in 24 hours when a new poll will begin. Voting irregularities will be strictly policed. Have at it!
