The Source has a new beverage manager. The Wolfgang Puck restaurant has brought on Michael Williams, most recently of The Occidental, to oversee its wine and cocktail program. Williams has been adding some of his favorite wines from the Northwest U.S. to the Source's menu, including the Syrah and Viognier from Maison Bleue in the Yakima Valley, and the Efeste Riesling and Feral Sauvignon Blanc from Columbia Valley. He's working to make The Source's wine list more terroir-driven in general.
