Tech-Savvy Bolt Burgers is Here

Bolt Burgers has come on the scene. The restaurant was open for customers of the neighborhood yesterday.

Bolt Burgers is hoping to expand its presence throughout the area. The restaurant comes from a team of eye doctors, Michael J. Davidson, Ender A. Adam, and George F. Brown, who are working with Restaurant Consultants, Inc. on the project. Troy Clayton is doing the cooking. The burger chain emphasizes technology, with a touch-screen ordering system and other additions.

On the menu: spice-rubbed burgers on a brioche bun. For the red meat-wary, there are turkey burgers, marinated chicken breast sandwiches, black bean burgers and varieties of grilled cheese.
