José Andrés has a new food truck, but this one is in Puerto Rico. The restaurateur has launched a truck at the golf club for the Dorado Beach Resort and Club. The chef also runs the Mi Casa restaurant at the same resort.
On the menu right now: breakfast items like Spanish tortilla, as well as snacks, lobster rolls, salads and hot dogs. Future plan include hole-by-hole food cart offerings and cocktails. The truck started service last Friday.
