Things are moving along for Eden Center's next addition. Eden Kitchen, from the owners of Pho Factory, is hoping to open in early December. They are not going the Pho purist route, and instead will have a whole page of vegetarian offerings, Northern Virginia Magazine reports. [NoVa Mag]
