2) Northeast: Things are moving along for District Fishwife, which is opening at Union Market. Elevation DC says the fish market is on track for an early January opening. [PLYWOOD]

3) Silver Spring: Urban Butcher is getting close. This craigslist ad says the restaurant from Black and Orange's Raynold Mendizibal will open in mid-December. [POST-PLYWOOD]

4) Downtown: Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab is in the hiring phase, in anticipation of its late January projected opening. Employees have been creating videos about why they like to work there, to try to draw in talent. [PLYWOOD]
