If a hotel's getting a renovation, odds are they'll pay some attention to the dining options, and the Westfields Marriott near Dulles Airport is no exception. The hotel just revamped its food outlets, including the public-house themed Wellington's. The restaurant was named after "Iron Duke," the Duke of Wellington, so the new look has a bit of a historical bent. There are wall coverings featuring the Duke's letters to generals incorporated into the decor. Parker Torres Design was responsible for the design of the space. Chef Todd Schofield has updated the menu to include share plates, craft beers on tap and big entrees. The hotel's Palm Court also has new decor — that's where breakfast and Sunday brunch is being served, and there's a private dining room as well.
