Mike Huff is the new chef at BlackSalt. The cook worked for Bob Kinkaid locally, and recently at Pizzeria Da Gennaro in Naples, Italy. He's added such dishes as wood-grilled branzino and swordfish, tuna tartare and roasted scallops to the menu already. [EaterWire]
