ATLAS DISTRICT— H Street is getting a new restaurant from a Hank's Oyster Bar alumnus. Washington Business Journal reports Arthur Ringel will open D.C. Harvest at 517 H St. NE. As the name would indicate, the restaurant will be farm-to-table, plus some seafood given the chef's resume. [WBJ]
