Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro is getting not one, but two new additions. John-Michael Hamlet is the new chef there. Northern Virginia Magazine reports they'll be introducing FoiejitasTM (yes, that's trademarked), a foie gras spin on the beloved Mexican dish. [NVM]
