The legal wrangling over at Rogue 24 is getting uglier. Tim Carman reports R.J. Cooper has filed a countersuit against his investor and has threatened to resign from his position as chef of the Shaw restaurant if the dispute is not resolved. A lawsuit from investor Hilda Staples against the chef was made public earlier this week.
