CURBED CUP — The competition for Neighborhood of the Year has begun! The top seeded Atlas District may have to worry about Navy Yard in the next round since they came out en masse against a very formidable group of dedicated Shaw voters. Reigning champion Anacostia will face restaurant hot spot Logan Circle. U Street will face Brookland but there's a little more time to see whether Dupont Circle or Waterfront will face NoMa. Stay tuned next week for Round Two!

NAVY YARD — The finale of the Art Yards project was a cool illuminated video projection installation called "Illuminated Ops." Check out the photos.

DUPONT CIRCLE — Read our takeaway from spending twenty minutes in the Dupont Circle Starbucks.

CURBED COMPARISONS — From an itsy bitsy Van Ness studio to a large two bedroom in Anacostia, here's what $1200 per month can rent you around D.C.

ATLAS DISTRICT — The streetcar has arrived! There are photos of its arrival on H Street last Friday and more photos of its afternoon run on Monday.

COLUMBIA HEIGHTS VS PARK VIEW — We're still running a Real Estate Death Match this week and the 2 bedroom from Urban 8 seems to be losing to its nearby neighbor at North Star Condos. Vote now!

GREAT FALLS — This week in exorbitant houses, a Virginia manse with a virtual golf room, an enormous diner-esque wet bar, cheetah print carpet and so much more.
