Paul Cohn is leaving Capital Restaurant Concepts, the company he co-founded years ago. Cohn, who was behind such openings as Old Glory and J. Paul's, will open Boss Shepherd's at 1200 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, according to the Washington Business Journal. [WBJ]
