The Gibson's getting warmed up this winter with the addition of a new seasonal cocktail menu. There are 20 new drinks to choose from at the speakeasy-esque bar.
Some of them, like the rum and mezcal-based Heated Discussions and the sweet Chai Chi, are warm cocktails. Others rely on winter-friendly ingredients, like the Root liqueur and Allspice dram-spiked Red Death and the Dirty French Novel, which adds cranberry for tartness. Frank Jones, the general manager, selected the cocktail roster, though the entire bartending team worked on the various drinks.
The drinks are priced from $11-16.
