Brunch at Water & Wall and Agua 301; Review Roundup

YEAR IN EATER— Eater National rounds up 19 of the most scathing restaurant reviews to happen this year. D.C.'s own Tom Sietsema is responsible for two of them. His pans of Shoo-Fly in Baltimore and La Tagliatella are highlighted. [EN]

BALLSTON— Water & Wall is starting brunch service this coming weekend. Tim Ma's restaurant will serve up such weekend dishes as eggs & kimchi and truffled eggs. Here's the full menu. [EaterWire]

NAVY YARD— In other brunch-related news, Agua 301's own brunch will launch January 1. Nothing says hangover cure like Tepita-style migas (chorizo, eggs, bread, chicken and chile broth). The Huevos Divorciados, with poached eggs, salsas, rajas, caramelized onions and tortillas, are another option. The brunch will continue on weekend days. [EaterWire]
