Trummer's on Main has a new pastry chef. Reggie Abalos comes to the Clifton restaurant with a resume that includes stints at Poste, Table, Citronelle and the former Galileo.
One of Abalos's goals is to blend savory and sweet tastes for his desserts, according to a press release. He'll also work to make the dessert menu seasonal and make homemade ice cream and gelato. Some of his early new menu items will include a chestnut cake and cinnamon sugar beignets with Bailey's pastry cream.
