Irish pub chain Ri-Ra has opened its Georgetown location's dining room and main bar. An upstairs Whiskey Room will follow in mid-January. The restaurant serves a modern version of Irish food, with an emphasis on small plates and a menu designed by executive chef Christian Struck. Elements of the bar, such as a statue of Saint Patrick, were constructed in Ireland and shipped to the U.S. Status: Certified open. 3123-3125 M Street, NW; website.
