High roller regulars at The Grille at Morrison House sometimes get tasting menus created for a special occasion based around their favorite high-end ingredient. Chef Brian McPherson tells Eater that he does a special morel tasting menu for a regular in honor of her birthday. This past summer, the five course dinner (plus an amuse) included Alaskan halibut with morels sous vide and rabbit porchetta with blond morel mushrooms. [Official Site]
