His new restaurant Ancora is now open for service within the Watergate complex, where Rivers used to be. Ancora specializes in Italian-influenced seafood dishes. The restaurant is opening at 5:30 for dinner this week, but its regular dinner hours will begin at 5 once they get in the swing of things. Lunch will be served from 11:30 to 2:30 p.m. and the restaurant is planning a menu of lighter fare between lunch and dinner service, according to a manager.
