Siroc to Serve Limoncello Flights, Grappa at New Bar

Missy Frederick is the Cities Director for Eater.

Renovations at Siroc downtown will bring a new bar to the Italian restaurant, where they will serve up daily grappa offerings, house-made limoncello flights and more.

WBJ spotted a building permit awarded to the restaurant, and partner Keram Dris confirms to Eater that Siroc will build a 12-seat bar on the premises of the 74-seat restaurant. Besides the drinks, Siroc will offer homemade charcuterie and a daily selection of Italian, French and local cheeses at the new bar.

The expansion will also allow the restaurant to reconfigure the dining area to include a small private room, more window seating, and a bigger patio. The changes should take about a month to complete.
