Now that Whale Week is a memory of the past, it's time to turn attention to the other end of the spectrum. Where in DC can you spend $5 for delicious food? For this week's Open Thread, Eater asks the question, "What's the Best D.C. Dish Priced at $5 or Less?" Think crispy spring rolls at Four Sisters, or a Baja fish taco from Taqueria Poblano.
