It's back. Standard, Logan Circle's incredibly popular outdoor bar and barbecue destination, reopens its doors tonight at 1801 14th St. NW, after closing for the winter season.

It all starts back up at 5 p.m. today, according to owner Tad Curtz. The bar will feature some new beers, including the Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock. Whole pig heads are back, and Standard plans to serve lobster rolls on Sundays. The patio now has seven more heaters installed to keep things warm during the late winter and early spring.
