DOWNTOWN— Big news for the former Againn space: Tom Sietsema reports that Fabio Trabocchi will open yet another new restaurant, Casa Luca, in the location. It will be a "family friendly osteria," the chef says. Washington City Paper noticed the chef had registered an LLC with that name back in January. This comes before the chef's second restaurant, Fiola Mare, is even open. [WaPo]

SHAWTable in Shaw is nixing the whole "no reservations" thing, and allowing customers to make them through the restaurant's website. [EaterWire]

PENN QUARTER— Several restaurants in Penn Quarter and Chinatown will be participating in a "Clown Around Downtown Happy Hour" next Tuesday, offering specials in conjunction with the circus coming to the town. Participating restaurants include such places as Cedar, Zengo and Vapiano. [EaterWire]
