Head to the Preakness, get a meal from Mike Isabella.

The Graffiato chef is designing the menu for two of the more exclusive areas of the Maryland horse race festivities: the Corporate Village and Turfside Terrace sections. There, attendees (there are about 6,000 in the sections) will dine on a menu showcasing Maryland farmers. The Maryland Jockey Club wants to make this a regualar tradition, showcasing a different celebrity chef each year.

On the menu: hormone-free chicken with heirloom grain risotto, whipped sheep's millk ricotta with lemon thyme, and coffee-rubbed tenderloin. Some of the farmers and purveyors being featured include The Family Farmers of Purdue, Anson Mills, Olli Salumeria, Caputo Brothers Creamery, Lois' Produce and M.E. Swings Coffee. There will be Maryland crab cakes and oysters, too. The Preakness Stakes are scheduled for May 18 at Pimlico in Baltimore.
