Last June, it looked like Pete's New Haven-Style Apizza was headed to Capitol Hill. But co-owner Michael Wilkinson told Eater this week that they discovered the space was too vertical for the restaurant's typical design model; meanwhile, the Silver Spring location will open June 1.
