The Counter Goes Gluten-Free; Adam's Corner Shutters

RESTON— Reston burger joint The Counter is debuting a gluten-free menu. The new menu both shows customers how to build their own gluten-free burger, and offers some predesigned options that fit the category, like a Cranberry and Avocado Turkey Burger on a gluten-free bun. The restaurant will also offer gluten-free milkshakes, a gluten-free beer from Dogfish Head, and wine. [EaterWire]

COURTHOUSE— Restaurant and hookah bar Adam's Corner has closed in Arlington, ARLNOW reports. The bar had been located at 2319 Wilson Blvd. [ARLNOW]

COLUMBIA HEIGHTS— If a snow day happens tomorrow, Kangaroo Boxing Club plans to open up early to lure in those stranded or staying at home. They'll update their Facebook page tomorrow with additional details and hours. [Facebook]
