CAPITOL HILL—The owners at The Dubliner are die-hard Syracuse fans, so naturally they are throwing a blow-out afterparty to celebrate the last Georgetown vs. Syracuse game as Big East rivals. Festivities start at 2 p.m. on Saturday, and unlike the Snowquester earlier this week, there is definitely going to be snow at this event.
