Chef Billy McCormick is making a move. The former EatWell chef tells Eater he has a new gig heading the kitchen at Virtue Feed & Grain.
McCormick was the chef over at the EatWell restaurants, which include such places as Logan Tavern and Commissary; he worked in the position for five years. Eater has reached out to them to find out whether a new person has been appointed to the position, and will update with any new information.
Meanwhile, Virtue is a restaurant under transition. It was revealed earlier this month that the gastropub is no longer under the helm of Cathal and Meshelle Armstrong's Eat Good Food Group. McCormick starts in his new position May 3.
