LOGAN CIRCLE— Boston's Michael Schlow will open Tico in the ground floor of the Louis at 14 development near U Street. The restaurateur was rumored to be eying the location last year. It will be a Mexican restaurant; Schlow is also the reality television star behind the new Vida menu. [WCP]
RESTON— Reston is getting a Ted's Bulletin. The diner from the Matchbox owners, known for its homemade pop tarts and killer brunch, is also opening up in Logan Circle. The Reston Ted's location will be found in Reston Town Center, next door to the movie theater. [EaterWire]
