Black Whiskey Grand Opening Scheduled for Saturday

It's almost here. A reader alerted Eater through the tipline to Black Whiskey's Facebook page, which has posted information about a grand opening event on Saturday. On the agenda: snacks from Black Whiskey Carvery, Kushi and the Kushi-Moto food truck, as well as music from D.J. Kid Congo Powers and D.J. Ian Svenonius, among others. There will also be a mixed media art installation from Transformer called "Cult Fiction."

Black Whiskey is from Kushi owner Darren Lee Norris, and is expected to feature Scottish bar food and small batch whiskeys.
