Bolt Burgers Signs First Lease Downtown

New chain Bolt Burgers has signed its first downtown lease. As rumored, the location is 1010 Massachusetts Ave. NW, according to brokerage firm Miller Walker, which worked on the deal. The location is just over 3,000 square foot and size, and an opening date wasn't immediately available.

Bolt Burgers is a new company whose burgers will boast spice rubs, homemade relishes, unusual sauces such as Habanero, Cilantro & Lime Mayo and cheeses like smoked gouda. They also plan to offer turkey burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, marinated chicken burgers and black bean burgers. Additional locations are in the works.
