Lamb Jam is returning to DC for an evening of lamb-filled delectable goodness. The American Lamb Board is bringing together top local chefs and shepherds for the 3rd annual DC American Lamb Jam. Lamb-lovers can unite to try ewe-nique dishes from twenty DC chefs. The chef crowned DC Lamb Jam Master will take on other regional winners at the Lamb Jam Finale in New York City in the fall.

This year's event will also feature a brand new pre-party VIP hour from 5-6 p.m., where ticket-holders will enjoy lamb charcuterie from Benton's, Joe Sparatta of Heritage, Craig Diehl of Cypress, Rob McDaniel of Springhouse, Nate Anda of Red Apron, plus sheep's milk cheeses from Everona Dairy as well as specialty cocktails.

DC Lamb Jam will take place on May 20th at Eastern Market from 6-9 p.m. Lamb Jam tickets are $60 each, and include all food and beverages. A limited number of VIP tickets are available for $75. To purchase tickets, click here. >>
