The long weekend is here, and inevitably, plans turn towards brats and burgers on the grill. But what about for those who are cooking challenged? If you can't find a friend to grill up some hot dogs instead, there are certainly restaurants out there that do the grilling thing right, whether it's a wood-fired grill, an outdoor grill on a patio or an ethnic spin on grilling, such as Del Campo's South American fare.
