It's still going to be awhile before Tim Ma and the team behind Maple Ave. can open Water & Wall in Arlington. So to keep themselves occupied, they're starting a pop-up event in the back room of Maple Ave. called Throwback Tuesdays, where customers can try menu items of times past.
