Azur to Start Lunch Service; Negroni Week at Fireflies

PENN QUARTERAzur is about to launch lunch service. The Frederik De Pue restaurant will begin serving lunch on weekdays on June 5. Some of the dinner menu items, such as the wild sardine escabeche, will be available, along with sandwiches like lobster rolls and a crab cake reuben. [EaterWire]

DEL RAYFireflies is hosting a Negroni Week. That means the restaurant will be serving up seven different variations of the Campari-based cocktail for guests. [NoVa Mag]

MERRIFIELD— Fish market Mediterra Fish at Mosaic District has been offering some items for lunch and dinner out on the patio several days a week, now that the weather has gotten better. PENN QUARTER— Industry Night is back at Graffiato next Monday. The restaurant will host Jamie Bissonnette of Toro and Coppa in Boston, as well as Chris Ford, Jonah Kim and Tiffany Soto from the Four Seasons Baltimore's Pabu and Wit & Wisdom restaurants. [EaterWire]
