B.J.'s Restaurant, Firebirds Headed to Virginia This Fall

Two more restaurants are opening at the Virginia Gateway complex in Gainesville. The first is a B.J.'s Restaurant and Brewhouse. There aren't any locations of B.J.'s in the area currently, but the company has taken an interest in the region; another is planned for Tysons Corner, and a B.J.'s official says they'd like to do more. The restaurant is known for deep dish pizza and has a cult favorite cookie dessert called a pizookie. They're also hoping to partner with contract brewers to produce the company's beer.

Also coming to the shopping center: Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, a chain specializing in grilled fare. There are locations in Leesburg and Woodbridge already. Virginia Gateway is opening this fall with other restaurants such as Nando's Peri-Peri, La Tagliatelle and Pinkberry on the way.
