Tim Carman has discovered Johnny Spero's next move. The former Suna chef has taken on a gig as executive sous chef at José Andrés' Minibar. Spero, whose tasting menu-centric restaurant closed abruptly in March, took on his new role April 30, according to the report. He's currently in his 90 day training period.
